Wendy Hopkins
Wendy Hopkins has been a qualified solicitor since 1978 and specialises in divorce and family law. With over 30 years' experience as a divorce solicitor, and managing thousands of cases for clients, Wendy is one of the best known and most respected family law specialists in the UK today.
When not acting for clients, Wendy is regularly asked to appear as an expert contributor on television programmes and radio broadcasts. Here, Wendy calls upon knowledge built up, not only from years of helping high profile clients with complex cases, but from personal experience of divorce and single parenthood. This background has given Wendy a unique perspective on family law and an intimate knowledge of the stresses it can produce for those with matrimonial issues.
Wendy is well known for her firm stance on behalf of her clients and is sought particularly by those involved in high value cases. Wendy regularly acts on behalf of politicians, celebrities, successful business owners and footballers' wives.
Wendy encourages clients to address their present circumstances firmly and then move forward, always using a positive attitude to meet a client's needs.
Wendy was a partner in Phillips & Buck, now Eversheds Cardiff, before starting her own niche practice in 1996. Ten years later, Wendy moved on to set up a Hopkins Law, offering a level of service that clients cannot find elsewhere.
In her spare time, Wendy enjoys cooking, travelling and taking long walks.

David Husband
David has over thirty years of experience in the Law having qualified in 1978. From 1982 to 2010 he was a partner in the firms of Husband and Husband and subsequently Husband Saye before joining Hopkins Law as a Consultant in October 2010.
Like many of his generation David started his career as a general practitioner but as the law expanded his interests focused on non-contentious matters and he now specialises in the law relating to Property, Wills ,Probate and the Elderly.

Norman Saye
Norman has always had an interest in the law, setting up his own Practice in 1981, when only 29. In October 2010 his Practice Husband Saye amalgamated with Hopkins Law and he now acts as a Consultant to the firm, where his beliefs in strong family values and the importance in the modern world of integrity, loyalty and understanding sit well with the Hopkins Law ethos. Norman specialises in the sale, purchase and leasing of commercial and residential property to include dealing with residential, industrial and retail estates, warehousing and offices, related landlord and tenant matters, business sales and purchases, and also boundary and other kinds of land and property disputes.
His other fields include divorce and separation, financial claims arising out of marriage and relationship breakdown, Wills, trusts and probate, the administration of estates, contested Wills, contentious probate matters, Inheritance Act claims by dependents, and County Court litigation generally involving a wide range of disputes.

Nigel Perris
Nigel is an experienced lawyer having practiced in Cardiff for nearly thirty years; dealing mainly with non-contentious matters. Having joined Hopkins Law in September 2007, Nigel is currently working as a consultant in the expanding property department.

Gareth Evans
Gareth has practised for over 30 years. Formerly a Partner at Hermer Evans Solicitors he joined Hopkins Law as a Consultant when Hopkins Law took over Hermer Evans.Garteh now works part-time whicj allows him to concentrate on his other intersts including book-writing .
Gareth focuses on non-contentious matters and he now specialises in the law relating to Property, Wills ,Probate and the Elderly. Garteh is Welshspeaking
