COWBRIDGE FASHION WEEK

We went all colourful at our Cowbridge Office!  On 29th March 2012, as part of the

Champagne Trail for Cowbridge Fashion Week, we enlisted the services of Sue Smart of Positively Smart to offer FREE colour and styling advice to anybody who fancied popping into our office!  Plenty of local ladies took the opportunity to come along and enjoy Sue's expertise, as well as a glass of fizz...  It also became something of a spectator sport, with those waiting enjoying watching Sue transform others - and everyone agreed we all looked MUCH better at the end!

 

WENDY HOPKINS AS KEY SPEAKER

Wendy entertained nearly 200 women at the inaugural event of I Am Woman at City Hall on 9th November 2011.  Speaking on the subject of 'Staying at the top of your game' Wendy gave advice to the young women of today on how to compete and remain the best in the working world of today.

COWBRIDGE OFFICE AT THE FOOD FAIR

Liane, Shelley, Lisa and Norman truly entered into the spooky spirit at the Cowbridge Food & Drink Festival on 29th October - standing outside the office and handing out tea, coffee and Halloween cupcakes.  Passers by stopped to chat to our three very friendly witches...

NEW LOOK OFFICE IN COWBRIDGE

On Wednesday 13 July we held a party at the Cowbridge to celebrate the new team and the new paintwork!  Everyone who came had a great time, including the Lord Mayor of Cowbridge (seen here with Wendy and the Lady Mayoress) and our own staff.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

GEORGE THOMAS HOSPICE FUN DAY

On 25th June we attended the Fun Day at Whitchurch Hospital with our Soak A Solicitor stocks - despite the weather we raised a good sum for the Hospice and all the staff had a great time throwing sponges at each other... For more details and photographs, just click here

GEORGE THOMAS HOSPICE FASHION SHOW

Wendy, Chris and Katie all appeared at the George Thomas Hospice Charity Fashion Show at the Hilton Hotel.  They looked absolutely amazing - photos and a TV clip from Wedi 3 of the event are available here.   The evening was a huge success in raising both awareness of the work of the hospice and a lot of money!

WELSH WOMEN MEAN BUSINESS

HOPKINS LAW recently sponsored the WOMEN IN LAW category at the recent WELSH WOMEN MEAN BUSINESS AWARDS  at the VALE RESORT. Our Senior Partner WENDY HOPKINS co - judged the award which was won by HELEN MOLYNEUX  of NEW LAW.

HUSBAND SAYE

We are pleased to confirm that on 1st October 2010 the firm HUSBAND SAYE joined HOPKINS LAW. DAVID HUSBAND AND NORMAN SAYE now both work as Consultants to the firm out of HOPKINS LAW Windsor Place offices.
