Kerry is Head of the Family Department. Kerry joined Hopkins Law in November 2006, having built up an enviable reputation in the area of matrimonial/divorce and children’s law, since qualifying in 1991.
Kerry is a member of the Law Society's Children Panel with particular interest in representing children as well as parents in care proceedings brought by the local authority. She has also featured regularly in local press and on radio.
She is a solicitor advocate allowing her rights of audience in the Higher Courts of England and Wales, as well as a Resolution Accredited Specialist in domestic violence, cohabitation and children law.
Kerry also sits as a member of the Cardiff and District Law Society Family Law committee and is a Trustee of FNF BOTH PARENTS MATTER CYMRU.

Liane is head of Property and Private Client. In addition to this role Liane also manages the Firm.
Following qualification Liane practiced as an in-house lawyer at the Principality Building Society followed by responsibility for the management of the Deeds Department and then Mortgage Administartion and Insurance Department , roles which have helped Liane combine legal expertise with management. After six years with Principality Building Society Liane moved to Eversheds where she helped establish their direct sales and purchase conveyancing arm, including a Call Centre.
More recently at Berry Smith, Liane set up their equity release team acting for one of the country's leading providers.
Liane joined Hopkins Law as a Partner in November 2007 to head the firm's Property Department. Her years of experience allow her to deal with all aspects of property transactions, including Commercial and Residential Sales and Purchases, Leases, Remortgages and Equity Release.

Shelley joined our property team from Eversheds in 2008, bringing with her a broad base of commercial property experience dealing with acquisitions, disposals, development work and landlord and tenant related matters, for both the public and private sector. She has acted for local authorities and national house builders on large scale projects. She also has experience in estate management and letting work for companies managing and expanding their property portfolios.
Shelley also has many years experience in the private client sector, covering all aspects of residential conveyance, Wills and probate, administration of estates, Inheritance Act claims, trusts, tax planning and elderly client matters.

Following Kelly’s graduation from the University of Wales Swansea with a degree in Law and French, she successfully completed the Bar Vocational Course at Cardiff Law School. Kelly subsequently undertook the Qualified Lawyers Transfer Test and qualified as a solicitor in January 2005, since which time she has practised exclusively in the area of family law. She joined Hopkins Law in August 2008 and was promoted to Associate Solicitor in September 2009 to head the Family Law Department at our Cowbridge office. Kelly is a member of Resolution and continues to specialise in various aspects of family law including divorce, dissolution and related financial issues, cohabitation agreements and disputes, pre and post nuptial agreements, Private Law Children Act matters and domestic violence.Kelly works closely with Wendy Hopkins.

Tom Allen joined the firm in January 2010 as an Associate. Tom qualified in 2001 and deals with all aspects of family work with a particular emphasis on divorce and financial matters. After qualifying as a Solicitor in Pembrokeshire Tom moved to Cardiff in 2002 where he developed a reputation for dealing with matters in a straight forward sensible manner.
Tom has had extensive involvement with the media and commented on topical family law issues ranging from Children matters to Civil Partnerships for radio television and local press.

Lisa is a Conveyancer specialising in residential property transactions, with considerable experience in all aspects of conveyancing to include the sale and purchase of both Freehold and Leasehold properties, dealing with the necessary contract documentation for properties bought and sold at Auction, knowledge of unregistered titles, as well as re-mortgages and transfer of equity transactions.
Lisa has worked in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan for the past 20 years. Since joining Hopkins Law in July 2009 at our Cowbridge office, Lisa has brought a very personal, professional and efficient service which is borne out by the positive feedback received from our satisfied clients. Lisa has also recently worked with a Client in purchasing a listed property, which will be used as one of the locations in the new Dr Who series.

Chris graduated from the University of Newcastle with a degree in History, thereafter undertaking the Common Professional Examination and Legal Practice Course at Northumbria University before moving to Cardiff in 2005.
Chris worked as a Legal Assistant in the Commercial Department at Eversheds before qualifying as a Solicitor in 2009 and has acquired a wide range of experience in family law, property, wills and probate.
Chris joined Hopkins Law in April 2010.He now practises exclusively in family law specialising in divorce and Children Act matters. Chris is also a member of Resolution.

Marie moved to Wales in 2000 to attend sixth form college and then Cardiff University where she studied law and sociology. She joined a Cardiff law firm to work part time from 2006 to 2008 whilst also completing her LPC which she achieved with a distinction. Following completion of her LPC Marie joined Hopkins Law as a full time paralegal in the Family department where she was quickly promoted to trainee Solicitor. Marie works closely in assisting Tom and also looks after her own clients.

Roz attended school in Bristol before crossing the Severn Bridge to study Law at Cardiff University where she gained a First Class Honours degree. She joined Hopkins Law in January 2010 and immediately impressed. She is currently working with the Family department as a paralegal, gaining valuable experience and expanding her knowledge.

Kelly has worked in Cardiff in the conveyancing field since 1996 and became a conveyancer in 2002. She joined Hopkins Law in February 2011 in the property department where she is a specialist conveyancer covering all aspects of residential conveyancing. Delyth studied law at Aberystwyth University followed by her LPC at Chester where she gained a commendation. After travelling in Australia, Delyth joined Hopkins Law for work experience and was instantly snapped up to join the team. She is now working closely wtih Chris Davison as a trainee solicitor, specialising in family law with a particular interest in children's law.
