Predominantly based in our Cowbridge Office, and working on a part time basis, Denise Sciubba also meets clients from Chepstow and The Vale of Glamorgan where she has been dealing with clients for over 20 years.

Cardiff born and bred, Denise trained and qualified whilst working with an established Cardiff Law Firm, qualifying as a fellow Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEx) in 2012.

Denise specialises in Wills and Probate, delivering her knowledge and experience of the Law in Wills and Succession and Probate Practice , Lasting Power of Attorney, clauses and gifts, revoking wills, rules for intestacy, rules for inheritance tax, the role of trustees and executors as well as the probate process.

Her relaxed, friendly and personal approach ensures her clients are confident that she has their best interests at heart, which indeed, she has!
