Director and Head of Family Department

Kerry heads the award-winning Family Team and has built up an enviable reputation in complex high net worth divorce and all aspects of children and family law, since qualifying in 1991, attracting a high profile following based on expertise and proficiency. Kerry is an accredited member of the Law Society’s Children Panel with Higher Rights of Audience specific to advocacy in civil proceedings before the High Court and above. Kerry also sits as a council member with the Cardiff and District Law Society.

The Family Team will always strive to resolve issues in a non-confrontational and conciliatory manner by negotiated agreement. Where that is not possible, and court proceedings are necessary, we have the expertise to run such cases decisively, effectively and successfully.

Liane is head of Property Law and Private Client. In addition to this role Liane also manages the Firm. Following qualification Liane practised as an in-house lawyer at the Principality Building Society followed by responsibility for the management of the Deeds Department and then Mortgage Administration and Insurance Department, roles which have helped Liane combine legal expertise with management.
