Nicola Willis is a CILEX Lawyer and brings with her over 20 years of experience in the legal profession, specialising in Private Client matters which include Wills, Probate, Trusts and Lasting Power of Attorney for Financial and Property & Health and Welfare affairs, she is based in our Chepstow Office.

Admitted as Member of the Institute of Chartered Legal Executives (CILEX) in June 2004 she went on to become a Fellow of the Institute in 2006.

She is a Full Accredited Member of The Association of Lifetime Lawyers, having attained the Older Client Care in Practice award.

Nicola offers a very grounded approach, understanding the sometimes very complex issues involved in Wills & Probate. Her friendly, professional and inquisitive nature is an asset to our clients living in and around the Chepstow area. Highly qualified and enjoying a challenge, Nicola offers excellent client care.

She is also involved in local charity work. She is a trustee of Rogiet Community Junction who are working towards building and opening a café and shop in the village.  Set up in 2015, Rogiet Community Junction’s purpose is to provide social opportunities for the village to combat loneliness. Her work here is ongoing.

As if that isn’t enough, Nicola is mum to two children, and is very busy helping them pursue their hobbies and interests, which can sometimes take her all over England and Wales.
