Having previously worked with Hopkins Law for over 5 years Sally has now returned to enhance our family team. She is a Chartered Legal Executive specialising in family law, having trained in Cardiff, she qualified in 2000 and has continued to work in and around South Wales for nearly 20 years.
She deals with all issues regarding relationship breakdown including children issues, property and divorce. Having years of experience in dealing with issues regarding controlling relationships she has helped countless people in often upsetting emotional situations. Sally has supported and represented numerous men and women regarding children applications including their relocation out of the jurisdiction and regarding serious allegations of violence. In recent years she has focused more on property and financial matters in divorce, dealing with complex issues regarding pensions and large assets.
A separation can be very distressing and Sally is able to assist with empathy while managing expectations during a very stressful time.
Sally was a committee member of the local CILEx branch and was the Chair of the Branch a few years ago. She was awarded The Family Law Chartered Legal Executive of the Year 2018 having been shortlisted and voted for by her peers across the country.
