Mark is head of Civil and Commercial Litigation. He has many years’ experience of all aspects of contentious matters, including company and corporate, consumer, contract and probate disputes, as well as boundary and property law. He has also advised on employment and family law for many years and is an excellent advocate. In addition, Mark advises on corporate law, personal and commercial insolvency and acquisitions. He regularly takes instructions on wills and trusts, as well as lasting powers of attorney. Mark is a senior lawyer, having been head of department, partner and director at a number of well-known firms, and prides himself on outstanding client care.
